Shakespeare Flashcards 2

Effective date: 22 September 2026

This policy describes Shakespeare Flashcards 2, developed by Emirhan Şimşek.

No data collected by the app

The app does not collect or transmit personal data to the developer. It does not require an account and contains no advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking.

Study progress on your device

The app saves your Known and Learning lists in its local storage so you can continue studying between sessions. The developer has no access to these lists, and the app does not upload them to a server. Deleting the app removes its local data. Device backups and restores may include app data according to your Apple device and backup settings; those services are managed by Apple.

Permissions and tracking

The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or health data. It does not use an advertising identifier, display ads, track you across apps or websites, or share study progress with third parties.

Bundled content and external links

The word list and definitions are bundled in the app, so studying does not require an internet connection. The About screen contains links to the vocabulary sources. If you open a link, the destination website may process information under its own privacy policy. Those websites do not receive your Known and Learning lists from the app.

Support and this website

If you choose to contact us through GitHub Issues, GitHub processes your account information and anything you submit under its privacy statement. Issues are public, so please do not include sensitive personal information. We use information you voluntarily provide there to respond to your request. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may process standard technical request information when you visit. The support website is separate from the offline app.

Children

The app does not collect personal information from users of any age, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
