Include your device model, iOS version, and a description of the problem. If a lesson is affected, include its German sentence. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information.

Getting started

Tap Learning to start. Follow 1,000 German sentences from easier to harder, with English meanings and time to repeat. Tap any of the five parts to jump to that part. Tap the practice title to choose a sentence from Learning Sentences.

Move sentences to Known when you are ready. You can practice them again or move them back to Learning. Practice History keeps your previous attempts.

Why is no transcription appearing?

Tap the microphone button and allow microphone and speech access. Transcription requires on-device German recognition support and works only while the app is open. Check permissions in iOS Settings. You can always practice by listening if recognition is unavailable.

Can I listen with the screen locked?

Yes. Start Learning before locking the screen. Playback continues, but transcription stops. Going back to the app's home screen pauses practice. Force-quitting the app stops audio.

Does listening require internet?
