PenFinger processes camera images and drawings on your device. The developer does not receive your photos, drawings, or personal information.
PenFinger uses the device camera to detect finger movement in real time and to take a still photo with your drawing when you tap the photo button. Hand tracking uses Apple’s Vision framework on your device. Photo composition also happens locally.
The app does not record video or automatically upload camera data. Captured photos are held in memory for preview until you dismiss them.
When you tap the photo button, PenFinger automatically saves the captured photo with your drawing to your photo library. Saving requests permission to add photos if needed; the app does not request access to read your library. If permission is denied or saving fails, the photo remains available in the preview for sharing. You can also save or share it using the iOS share sheet. Sharing sends the photo to the app or recipient you select, whose own privacy practices apply. PenFinger does not automatically share captured photos.
PenFinger does not collect personal information, usage data, analytics, identifiers, or location data.
PenFinger does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
PenFinger does not knowingly collect any data from children or users of any age.
