PenDraw is a casual multiplayer drawing-and-guessing party game. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. We keep this simple because the app is simple: there are no accounts, no logins, and we do not collect your real identity.
To run a live game, the app processes only the following:
We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any device identifiers. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Everything above is used for one purpose only: to let the players in your game room see the drawing, guesses, and scores as the game is played. It is not used for anything else.
Gameplay data is relayed through Google Firebase Realtime Database, which acts as our infrastructure provider. This data is temporary: a game room is automatically deleted when the host screen is closed, and any leftover rooms are removed after a short period. We do not maintain long-term profiles or records about you.
On phones, the app can read your device's motion/orientation sensors so you can draw by tilting the phone. This sensor data is used only to move the on-screen pen during a game and is not stored or transmitted as personal data.
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and database access is restricted by security rules. However, because a game room is shared, anything you draw or type is visible to the other players in that same room. Please do not enter sensitive personal information as a nickname or a guess.
PenDraw is a general-audience party game and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because players choose their own nicknames, we ask that children only play with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Since no account is created, there is nothing to log into or delete. Simply closing the app or leaving the game ends your participation, and the associated temporary game data is removed as described above.
